June 2019 - Plans for a new dwelling have been submitted for a scheme in Selby. Following the success of our Class Q development in Leeds, work has commenced on another agricultural building conversion in North Lincolnshire.
May 2019 - DPA have successfully won a planning appeal for a the conversion of an agricultural building to a residential barn conversion within the green belt just outside of Leeds. This ‘Class Q’ permission has provided national clarification of the interpretation of national planning guidance, more details are provided in news.
April 2019 - Planning application has been submitted for the conversion of an outbuilding to an agricultural workers dwelling in Bardsey, Leeds. Plans developed and submitted for a rear extension to a farmhouse located just outside Kirk Deighton, Leeds.
March 2019 - Planning permission has been granted for a number of householder extensions in Bradford.
February 2019 - Planning permission for a certificate of lawfulness (proposed use) in Bardsey, Leeds has been granted. Work has already commenced to a create an enlarged roof space and dormer extension.
January 2019 - 2019 started with a successful approval at Hallfield Lane, Wetherby. Planning approved on the first submission in just a few of weeks for a two storey side extension above a garage.
