March 2019 - Planning permission for householder extensions in Bradford

February 2019 - Planning permission for a certificate of lawfulness (proposed use) in Bardsey, Leeds

January 2019 -  2019 started with another approval at Hallfield Lane, Wetherby. Planning approved on the first submission in just a few of weeks for a two storey side extension above a garage.

December 2018 - Planning permission at Wolinski Nursery, Shadwell. The conditions for this property took time to discharge. We dealt with issues relating to the way that the contaminated land condition and the draining conditions was constructed, successfully gaining permission.

November 2018 - Congreve Approach, Bardsey. Our involvement was following the refusal of a first planning application.  Positive negotiation with Case Officer resulted in an approval for significant extensions to a house.

October 2018 - Planning permission for The Busfeild Arms in East Morton, Planning permission for residential work at Rookwood Vale, Osmondthorpe, Planning permission for a house in multiple occupation (HMO) in Armley.

September 2018 - Beginning of the end of year submission drive. Submission of 3 x LDC for HMO’s, a detached house and a Reserved Matters application in Leeds.
