Commercial Planning: Shop fronts to change of use applications or the development of new standalone commercial units, our commercial work encompasses numerous planning applications, locations and successes.
Agricultural Planning: From Class Q (agricultural to residential) conversions to standalone agricultural storage buildings we offer a full range of rural planning services.

Renewable Energy Planning: We have extensive renewable energy planning experience including previously working for a wind farm developer so we can provide a bespoke detailed insight into your planning needs for onshore wind and solar. We also have experience in biomass and CHP installations.
Land Promotion: With a range of Local Authority planning policy experience (on both public and private side) we are well placed to submit land for consideration in emerging Local Plans. We can also make representations on sites that have already been submitted.
